Hi there! In this video I go over the progression of being able to roller skate backwards. Specifically geared towards the TikTok crossover style that we have seen recently become so popular. Some of the most important points I address in this video are:

1. Wear Protective Gear
2. Check the area you will be skating in for tripping hazards.
3. Be comfortable Skating forwards first
