An indoor auction to escape the rainy weather. Two bidders went back and forth, one of which was their first time attending auction. They paused the auction to confirm if 5% deposit was acceptable as prior to hearing the settlement terms, they were not aware that 10% is a standard deposit. Unfortunately the bidding never reached the reserve price and the property has since been taken off the market.
