Today recipe is beef yakhni biryani

Yakhni Ingredients: Biryani Ingredients:

1 Kg Beef meat / 6 Spoon refined oil or as per you required
3 Bay leafs / 1 Big size onion chopped
2 to 3 Cinnamon stick / 3 to 4 Bay leafs
2 Black cardamom / 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
4 Green cardamom / 3 Cinnamon stick
1 Star anise / Some mace
1 Tsp Black pepper / 3 Black cardamom
7 to 8 Cloves / 1/2 Tsp Cloves
Some mace / 1 Tsp Black pepper
1 Full Garlic / 3 Tsp Garlic ginger paste
Salt to taste / 7 to 8 Green chili chopped
1 Big size onion chopped / Some fine chopped ginger
3 Tbsp Coriander seeds / 1 Bowl wiped curd
3 Tbsp Fennel seeds / 3.5 Glass yakhni water
1/2 Jug water / 2 Kg Golden basmati rice(Sella rice)
/ 3.5 Glass water
/ Salt to taste
/ 1/2 Glass water
/ 1 fried onion for garnishing
/ 2 Tsp Keora Water & 1 Pinch food
colour mix both together
