Hello! I’m Jodi Middendorf and I’m an RPCV (Madagascar 2017-2019) here to help explain the Peace Corps to those just entering, or just curious about the organization.

In this video I share 3 things that they don’t tell you before you join the Peace Corps. The first thing sounds like a negative, as I talk about how hard the Peace Corps is. But I also give great advice for those going into the Peace Corps so that you can enjoy the benefits of Peace Corps as well. The next two things I share that Peace Corps doesn’t tell you before you join are super positive things that you will agree with as soon as you experience them!
