One of the most notable changes to the Tanacom 1200 is the relocation of the reels motor to the center of the reel where its counterpart, the Tanacom 1000 has the motor located towards the front of the reel. The end result of the centralized location of the motor on the new Tanacom 1200 is a more powerful reel with even faster retrieve as well.
