Here is a video about applying the 4-stroke ruff to the drum set. This useful sticking can be applied many ways. Stickings include RLRL, LRLR, RLLR, LRRL, RRLR, LLRL, etc. I show you how I use these stickings on the kit as well as how I practice them.
All exercises are from my book Advanced Coordination for Drum Set and Hand Percussion.
You can purchase the book from me at www.rickdior‪@gmail.com‬
