We're back again checking out the beautiful state of Oregon checking out the city of Portland. After visiting Crater Lake for a day, we spent another day (and a morning) checking out the city of Portland.

This time around, instead of checking out the outdoor activities such as hiking spots and trailheads, we decided to do a food run and check out some of the best places to eat in Portland.

--------------------------------------------------------
Revisiting Multnomah Falls
It was a beautiful sunny week so we had the opportunity to revisit Multnomah falls and made our way all the way to the top of the waterfall to explore that area. One of the highlights of climbing to the top of Multnomah Falls is the fact that the river is easily accessible. Along with great shade coverage and proximity, I'd highly recommend bringing a picnic set-up and enjoy some time near the river.

Pine State Biscuits
For best places to eat, we checked out some of the more popular spots known is the city of Portland. The first spot we checked out was called Pine State Biscuits, which they are well known for their biscuit sandwiches.

Cabezon Seafood Restaurant
If you're looking for great tasting fresh caught seafood, definitely come by and check out Cabezon Seafood restaurant. The menu changes seasonally, but can also vary daily depending on the fish that was caught. Everything served is caught fresh and very delicious. The prices are fair and won't break the bank. Definitely come by and check them out!

--------------------------------------------------------
Bluestar Donuts
Can't leave Portland without trying one of their fantastic donuts. Instead of visiting the popular Voodoo Donuts, we decided to check out another popular (IMO) better tasting donut shops in Portland. Bluestar Donuts feels more like a high-end donut shop instead of more of a novelty/ gimmick like Voodoo. Presentation and quality of their donuts are delicious, although a bit pricy for just a single donut. Make sure to arrive EARLY in order to be able to purchase some donuts as they sell out fairly quickly. You also have the opportunity to order their donuts online and allow for pick-up.

Otherwise, for those of you looking to visit Portland and wanting to spend most of your time looking at the greater sceneries that Oregon has to offer, particularly near Portland, you must check out these spots!
