This is the time of year where we can get festive and creative with your boards!
I’m this video we are creating a themed Christmas charcuterie board, some people call it the charcuterwreath and I’m all about it!
I actually forgot to add the crackers I mentioned but that didn’t stop us from eating this with a pretty side plate of crackers, you can also replace the raspberries with crackers and add a few berries here and there.
Also after assembling everything I didn’t feel the cranberries were necessary.
That’s the beauty of boards, you don’t have to use everything and these can easily be tweaked.

The bijou cheese was great but here’s an even better tip...add honey! It made all the flavors come alive and balanced it so well!

Those star cookies were SO yummy. I expected them to be more on the ginger cookie side but surprisingly they were like a soft oatmeal cookie. Try them, they aren’t only cute but delicious!
