Today I have a recipe for you for a delicious and light dessert called "raspberry cloud". The dessert is made in 4 quite large Gin glasses, if you are making it for more people, I recommend making it in smaller glasses or jars.
Ingredients:
500 ml of boiling water
one red jelly
300 g frozen raspberries
600 ml whipping cream 36%
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
pinch of salt
4 meringue sockets
a handful of roasted almond flakes
