In this episode, I perform an oil service on a 2014 BMW X5 50i. These SUVs come equipped with a 4.4L, twin turbo engine. The engine designation is N63. These engines are of the 'hot V' configuration meaning the turbos sit in the "V" of the engine rather than on the outer portions of the cylinder heads. This increases efficiency and packaging size. These engine produce an enormous amount of heat so it is very important to stay up to date on all your maintenance services as well as using high quality parts and oils when servicing.
