🍓 🌙 ♐️ This is a Full Moon Meditation for August 2023. On August 1 there is a Sturgeon Full Moon in Aquarius. This is a Guided Meditation for the Full Moon in Aquarius during the Lion's Gate Portal.

This is a Full Moon Meditation for the first Supermoon for August 2023 in August. In August we will have 3 moon events. On August 1, we will have the Sturgeon SuperMoon, this will be the second Supermoon of the year and probably the second largest. The Sturgeon Supermoon is also the first of two full moons in August, making the Aug. 30 full moon a somewhat rare Blue Moon. This is also the Lion’s gate portal - opened from July 28-Aug 8 - an important time to set positive intentions for yourself and the world. It’s an opportunity for higher consciousness and accelerated awakenings, perhaps a dimensional shift. Also with the sign of infinity - of 8/8 - it’s a time mastering spirit over matter - healing of the heart energy and healing of the pains of the past. And this will be the backdrop of the Full Moon in Aquarius.

This full moon is drawing our attention to go to extremes - which may not always be comfortable. It’s a great time to use powers of discernment to see areas where you want to spend time on, to see where you need to declutter, bring harmony, bring in the coolness to emotions which are not healthy, areas where you need to reign in, and areas of passion and talent where you need to work on — to gain balance, harmony and coolness.

So with that intention, let’s begin.

WHO AM I:
I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be. Just welcoming everything. I feel honoured and humbled to share my practice with you.

My credentials: RYT 200-hr Vinayasa Teacher; Currently student of 200-hr Instinctive Meditation.
