After years of throwing his life into certain doom, Chase will embark on his most dangerous mission yet. After being appointed head of the mob, John Baker (Aidan Carter) sends the criminal underworld into a frenzy, calling upon five of the most sadistic and powerful supervillains to form his own team: The Half Dozen. This will attract a mad tinkerer (Duke Cardenas), a muscle (Sam Yearwood), and Black Jack the hitman (Jack Newbrough). Left without a boss, Shine decides to temporarily join forces with Baker as well. With McDozer's hands more than full, assistance in the form of a rookie agent, Conner Jones (Joey Varanelli), is assigned to help.
