This was our first ever trip out West. My brother and I decided to go try hunting Montana after running the NAVHDA Invitational test in Ohio.

Both dogs passed with Max scores and we headed to Montana with a great enthusiasm to hunt Sharp-tailed Grouse and Huns.

This trip was more fun that I could ever imagine. Very quickly, sharpies became our favorite game bird to hunt. So for sure, we’ll be back next year.
