How to cook Ginataang sitaw at kalabasa na may manok (exact ingredients below)
Ginataang Gulay is a very healthy Filipino dish as it's composed of string beans, squash, and chicken that is simmered in coconut milk. Enjoy & serve it with freshly steamed rice.
Ingredients:
1 thumb-sized ginger
5 cloves of garlic
1 medium-sized onion
5pcs of chicken wings (chopped)
2 tbsp of fish sauce
1/2 tsp ground pepper
2 cups of coconut milk (2nd extract)
400g of squash
1 cup of coconut milk (1st extract)
300g of string beans (blanched)
2 pcs of red chili
