From beautiful terraced hills to the serene shores of Lake Tanganyika, the "Heart of Africa" entertained us with nailbiting scenes of bicycle couriers living on the edge. This ride through the most densely populated country on the African mainland also proved challenging at times ... for reasons other than cycling!
