The heat is still intense every day.
This time, I planned a dinner menu with delicious chilled side dishes as the main dish, which is recommended for such hot days.

I shot this video a month and a half ago, so I was worried the heat would have died down by then, but it was fine😃

Cold boiled pork is a side dish I ate a lot this summer, but you can enjoy a variety of flavors by combining it with different sauces and vegetables.
The plum ponzu sauce was refreshing and filling ^ ^

[Cold okra and pork with plum ]
200g pork
1 pack okra
Lettuce, as needed
1 tomato
3 tablespoons ponzu
2 teaspoons plum paste
1 teaspoon sugar
Sesame seeds, as needed

[Egg stir-fried bean sprouts]
1 bag bean sprouts
2 eggs
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper, a little
Sesame oil, a little

[Chinese soup with chives and shimeji mushrooms] 【Plan】
600ml of boiled pork water
1/2 bunch of Chinese chives
1/2 shimeji mushrooms
1 tablespoon of chicken stock powder
A little salt
A little sesame oil

📝Day 2 menu
【Chicken with sweet and sour sauce】
400g chicken breast
1/3 carrot
1/2 onion
1 green pepper
3 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of water

【Hijiki Shiraae】
Dried hijiki 1 tablespoon of onion

2cm of carrots

1 pack of firm tofu

1/3 pack of shimeji mushrooms

2 pieces of chikuwa

1 tablespoon of white dashi stock

1 teaspoon of sugar

Appropriate amount of ground sesame seeds

2 eggplants

1/6 of a pumpkin

1 pack of okra

80ml of noodle soup (2x concentrated)

150ml of water

1 teaspoon of ginger

[Beef and burdock root Mixed rice]

Warm rice, appropriate amount
Beef, 150g
Burdock, 1 stalk
Ginger, 1 piece
Soy sauce, 3 tablespoons
Sugar, 2 tablespoons
Mirin, 1 tablespoon
Sake, 1 tablespoon
Sesame oil, 1 tablespoon

[Wakame and mushroom egg drop soup]
Water, 600ml
White dashi, 30ml
Sake, 1 tablespoon
Shimeji mushrooms, 1/3 pack
Dried wakame, appropriate amount
