How to make a cardboard chest / Chest box / Nautical theme chest

In this video I'm teaching you how to make a beautiful chest with cardboard.
Here I used a cardboard package size 18 x 32, cut another piece of cardboard to make the lid, glued the parts well to be well structured.
I cut some strips of cardboard and glued them to give it a wooden look.
I applied texture paste to seal the holes and seams and let it dry.
Then I glued the objects to decorate, it can be your preference and I made an octopus and sea star with biscuit dough.
I waited for 12 hours to dry before painting with acrylic paint (it can be PVA paint too).
Finally I finished with metallic acrylic paint to give it a shine.
