Welcome to another Red Hat Diaries walk.

Today I am on the Kent coast, visiting the small seaside town of Broadstairs. I start my walk at Dumpton and continue along the promenade to Viking Bay in Broadstairs.

Unfortunately my timing was a little off, as the tide was in so I couldn’t take advantage of the spectacular beach at Broadstairs, I will just have to come back next time!

All of us are dealing with some sort of ending or grief in our lives, navigating our way through these periods can be very difficult. I find being able to get out extremely helpful and I hope this video can be of some help to you too.
