A massive fire broke out in Malwan village of Badwan, Kishtwar district, on Monday afternoon, burning over 80 houses to ashes. According to DC Kishtwar, the fire started in one house and quickly spread to nearby homes, causing widespread devastation. SP Kishtwar, who was present at the scene, told TV9 Bharatvarsh that an investigation has been initiated. Rehabilitation efforts have already begun, and the administration has set up community kitchens to support those affected by the fire.
