The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) is set to launch the second H3 Launch Vehicle, carrying two ultra-small satellites, from the Tanegashima Space Center in Kagoshima on February 17. The launch time slot is scheduled for between 9:22:55 AM and 1:06:34 PM (Japan Standard Time). The first test vehicle of the same rocket failed to launch due to trouble with the second-stage engine in March of the previous year.
