Hi!! Guys, welcome to My Channel #jhultechtutorial.

In this video, I will show you the basic setting on how to set top dead compression stroke on four cylinders. To set on the Top Dead Compression Stroke, turn the crankshaft pulley in a clockwise rotation and observe the running mate of the cylinder you want to set. The running mate of number 1 is the number 4 cylinder. In this scenario, you observe the intake and exhaust valves of the number 4 cylinder. While turning the crankshaft pulley, you can observe that the exhaust valve is about to close and the intake valve is about to open or beginning to open. At this point, stop the rotation of the crankshaft pulley. The number 1 cylinder is set on the Top Dead Compression Stroke, the same as 3,4,&2. In other words, you always observe a running mate you want to set on Top Dead Compression Stroke.
