Beef stew with carrots and vegetables, today I present a traditional recipe of veal stew that consists of poort some vegetables with beef, water with a chicken broth and leave to cook until the veal is tender. We would have our beef stew.
Ingredients
1.2 kg of veal needle
6 carrots
3 leeks
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
3 garlic cloves
5 small tomatoes
500 ml red wine
500 ml of water
extra virgin olive oil
Salt
1 teaspoon thyme
White pepper
2 tablespoons of flour
