Day 25 of my Camino de Santiago journey took me on a 26.8km walk from Villafranca del Bierzo to the charming village of La Faba. Though the big climb to O Cebreiro awaits tomorrow, today involved a short but steep ascent to La Faba.

I stayed in a lovely albergue with only a few other pilgrims, leaving plenty of space to rest. La Faba is a small, beautiful town where I enjoyed a peaceful nap outside in the sun, soaking in the serene atmosphere. The evening was capped off with a hearty lentil and chorizo stew for dinner, and the views were simply breathtaking.
