On March 21, 2019 The Flushing Town Hall in New York City was the site of the most Extravagant display of musical talent to light up the stages of New York City.

Kim Clarke and Bertha Hope from the LADY GOT CHOPS organization put up a A-List cast of the most talented musician on one stage during Women’s History Month in March.

In celebration of their 17th year Anniversary of the Women’s and Arts Festival, the LADY GOT CHOPS International Gala: Global Harmony & Panel 2019 put together a list of over 10 of Thee Best, yes, THEE BEST musical talents being showcased. Native Americans showcasing their beautiful music (I think I hear some nice melodies up in here), New Zealand in the House Blowing down the house, Haiti Holding it Down, the Garifuna people representing Jazz, Managua - Nicaragua via California representing Women Composers, African American Delta Blues and Funk, Japan holding court, (was that Max Roach daughter on drums? No I think it’s Philly’s, well Art Blakey say’s that’s his daughter) any way Drummers in the house, Tenor Saxophonist bringing down the Hall, and Kim Clarke and Bertha Hope holding it steady made this event a tremendous success.
