This is a childhood cake, it looks simple but the way to make it is extremely amazing. Today I will take you to the house of Mrs Hai, an artisan with 50 years of experience in baking. Traditional cakes have been passed down from generation to generation, for the past 50 years, every 3 or 4 AM many new batched comes up.
Mrs. Hai will probably the last generation to continue this family tradition. Nowadays kids have no interest in traditional cake.
