Ever wonder if adults can still learn ballet? YES! Adults can not only learn ballet, but also PERFORM ballet too. In today's vlog, I'm taking you behind the scenes of my first adult ballet recital EVER. You'll come with me to several weeks of my adult beginner ballet classes, ballet rehearsals and get to see how the performance turned out in the end.

As a kid, I never got the chance to wear the tutus, the stage makeup and dance on stage even though it was always a dream of mine. But recently, I got to be a part of this summer ballet showcase with my friend Isabella for her dance school in New York and I wanted to show you what it's really like to perform in an adult ballet recital.

I hope you enjoy seeing this ballet dance performance. If you want to start ballet as an adult, you CAN! There are still plenty of opportunities for adult beginners to dance ballet! So don't give up and keep following your dreams!

Hi there! I'm Veronica, welcome to my beginner dance journey. When I was 17, I was told by a teacher that I would never be a ballerina. I let that thought control me for YEARS but now, in my late 20s, I moved to New York City and I'm finally starting ballet late.
