In today's episode of "What Does the Korean Boyfriend Make Today?", he made Cod Roe Pasta a.k.a. mentaiko pasta! Did you know that cod roe (mentaiko) actually originated from Korea and was later popularized by Japan? I honestly didn't believe it at first because mentaiko is such a famous delicacy in Fukuoka. But after doing some research on Google, turns out, it's true! Oops, I wrongly doubted my boyfriend!

This time, he made a light and refreshing version of mentaiko pasta, different from the creamy Japanese style. It had a perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors, and when paired with a salad, it was absolutely delicious!
