One of my favorite excursions in Hawaii is Tubing the Ditch or Mountain Tubing Adventure as it is now called. You spend a few fun filled hours tubing the historic Lihue Plantation ditch and tunnel system once used to irrigate the sugar cane fields in Kauai.
