INGREDIENTS:
2 cups frozen tteokbokki, soaked in hot water for 15 mins then drained
3 cups of anchovy stock (or you can use just plain water)
1 1/2 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp sugar (add more if you prefer it sweeter)
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 sheets of Korean fish cakes, cut into thick strips
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp gochugaru (add more if you prefer it spicier)
2 sprigs of green onions, cut into 2 inch pieces
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Sesame seeds for garnishing
