There’s something so whimsical about a wearable cape, particularly one that is gender neutral and not incredibly hard to create! If you are a newbie, this tutorial is for you! This pattern is great for wools, heavier fabrics, but you’ll also need a soft or silk lining! The pattern will list all the fabric yardages and notions needed!
