186 days of van life: before we set off for the Pamirs, we make a short stop in Dushanbe to refill our supplies.

Drive with us the first stage of the Pamir Highway via Kulob and Kalaikhum to Khorog. The road winds along the mountain slopes, in some places only a few meters wide, then goes vertically down to the Panj, the border river with Afghanistan.
Be inspired by the nature along the Afghan-Tajik border and the contemporary witnesses of the old Silk Road.

To everyone who is wondering whether this passage is possible with a van without 4 wheel drive: prepare to be surprised.
