I've made a few changes to this BTK tournament.
Home teams have 1 extra ball (teams play home and away so this should even out).
I've also decided to have 4 levels of teams based on the UEFA's Rankings.
Top 10 - receive 3 extra balls at 45mins
11-20 receive 2 extra balls at 45mins
21-30 receive 1 extra ball at 45mins
31-55 receive 0 extra balls at 45mins
If a top 10 vs top 10 team then no extra balls are added.
If top 10 vs top 20 team then 1 extra ball will be added to the top 10 team.
Higher team balls minus lower teams extra balls = Higher teams starting extra balls.

Matches are exactly 30 seconds, the only time I adjust this is when a ball is in the goal and has been registered or VERY close to going in.
