The first days of spring are productive and enjoyable, although not as sunny as I would like.
Today I'm sharing my morning skincare routine with a light makeup that I usually wear.
I take you with me on a wonderful voluntary action and of course I do not fail tempt you to rush to the kitchen and make a delicious zucchini tart.
Easter in Greece will be celebrated in about a month, some of you have already celebrated it,
I would be happy to know how you spent these days, if you rested and if you did things you love.
I look forward to your comments šŸ˜Š

Tart Dough Recipe
Ingredients (for 1 sheet 26 or 28 cm)
250 gr. all purpose flour
150 gr. cubed butter at room temperature
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp cold milk or water

Instructions
Sift the flour with the salt
Add the sugar and pieces of butter.
Mix the ingredients with our hands until the mixture is smooth
to look like wet sand
Add the egg and combine it with a fork with the buttered flour.
Add the cold milk or water and combine it with the dough
Knead gently until the texture of the dough is soft.
Wrap the dough with cling film and leave it in the fridge
for at least 30 minutes.
As the dough is cold, roll it out into a sheet (5 mm) with
rolling pin on a lightly floured surface.
Place the sheet on the tart pan and make a few holes on its surface.
Put a piece of baking paper on the tart and fill it
with weights (legumes, chickpeas, etc.).
Bake the tart in a preheated oven at 180Ā°C degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove the baking paper with the weights.
Add the filling of your choice and continue baking for another 30'.
