CPST on demand! as requested, here is a quick demo to help troubleshoot a loose harness on the Nuna (Stokke) Pipa.
Demonstrated by a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) now with subtitles!

This video does not replace your owners manual or meeting with a CPST.

Sometimes the harness can get caught behind the infant insert - in this video I demonstrate how to fix that issue and buckle up baby properly.

Note: harness straps should be coming from below baby’s shoulders.

The shoulder pads (strap covers) and buckle pad on this seat are optional, and often removing them will make it easier to buckle up newborns snugly. Also check if the “low birth weight pillow” is helping or hindering your baby’s fit to seat.
