Welcome back! This week, we head to a very special place in Fife to look for my favourite animal - the red squirrel. This beautiful animal is endangered in the UK, after the introduction of grey squirrels to the country in the 1870s.

The National Nature Reserve at Tentsmuir is conserving their habitat and helping them to increase in numbers against the greys. You don't always get to see these shy creatures, so it's a really special moment when they appear!

We get the best of both worlds in this video - a woodland walk with birdsong, followed by a stroll down the beach listening to the waves gently lap the sand.
