RESEP ES BONGKO PANDAN

BAHAN SAGU MUTIARA:
- 500 ml air
- 50 g sagu mutiara = Rp 1.250
- 2 sdm gula pasir = Rp 200

BAHAN JUS PANDAN:
- 8 Lembar Daun Pandan = Free
- 150 ml Air

BAHAN BONGKO PANDAN:
- 100 g Tepung Hunkwe = Rp 2.500
- 100 g Gula Pasir = Rp 1.350
- 1/2 sdt Garam = Rp 50
- 500 ml santan Encer dari 1/2 Butir Kelapa = Rp 3.000
- 1/4 sdt Pasta Pandan = Rp 500

BAHAN KUAH KINCA
- 200 g Gula Merah = Rp 3.000
- 150 ml Air
- 1 Lembar Daun Pandan
- 500 ml Santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa = Rp 3.000
- 1/2 sdt garam = Rp 50
- 1/2 sdt vanili = Rp 250

BAHAN PENDAMPING:
- 150 g Buah Nangka = Rp 3.000

TOTAL = Rp 18.150,-
