Making a Stainless Steel Hot Shoe for Flat Track & Speedway Motorbike Racing.
A friend of mine recently asked me to make him a stainless steel hot shoe for flat track racing. This video shows the process of taking raw stainless steel and hand forming it into a stainless steel hot shoe for flat track racing.

The hot shoe is made from 2mm thick 304 stainless steel and Tig welded together.
The toe is drilled for decoration and the whole shoe is polished to a high gloss finish.
