The International Home Furnishings Industry (IHFI) Spirit of Life® Award dinner took place on April 14, 2024, at the FourSeasons in Sheraton Greensboro, NC. This year, IHFI honors Jerry Dittmer, CEO of Flexsteel, Tim Newlin, VP of strategic business development at Flexsteel, and Matt Harrison, president of Kuka Home. The event culminates a year-long fundraising initiative for City of Hope.

Formed in 1965, the International Home Furnishings Industry group is one of City of Hope's first industry-based chapters and premier fundraising groups that encompasses retailers, manufacturers, sales representatives, suppliers and associated service providers. Since its inception, the industry has raised more than $100 million to benefit City of Hope’s cancer and diabetes research.
