We awoke to beautiful blue skies and No Wind!!! This meant we got to pack up and paddle!! What a blessing!

Our destination was the Cermi islands, but instead of heading straight there, we took the shore lines, so we could get some good paddling in and explore.

I had brought my original OZMO camera along, hoping maybe someone would be willing to take some video of Nicole and I…being a Vlogger, I am not often in my own videos outside of selfie mode. Kerri was willing to take that on and after some instruction, sent her on her way with OZMO 1.
Sadly, about mid morning, somehow (we still aren’t exactly sure how it happened) OZMO 1 went for a swim, and then a deep dive to the ocean floor 🫣
Kerri was horrified! And while I did tease her about it (cause that’s just who/how I am), I was ok with it. Accidents happen. It’s like getting upset over spilt milk…why? I hadn’t used that camera in at least 2-3 years, we hadn’t lost any footage other than what was done that morning. My view was, the octopus that eventually finds it is going to have a cool treasure to show its friends! lol!

The day carried on, as one big beautiful happy day. So much paddling, laughing, singing, swimming! And I even decided I was ready to see the whales…should they feel obliged. They didn’t. lol! Oh well!

We spent an amazing evening on our own private island in the Cermis and really couldn’t have asked for a better day 🥰
