Ah the sardine rillettes! It can be bought already ready but it's so good homemade! It's fresh ! Perfect for a summer dinner or lunch! A quick recipe to make and very easy! The kind of recipe you don't think about and which nevertheless makes the whole family happy! You can add a hint of chili, but I prefer without. Some people like to keep the central ridge but for the rillettes I prefer without. You can eat the preparation immediately but if you eat it 1 hour after refrigerating it, it will be even better! Good tasting !

Ingredients:
170 g of sardines (7 or 8 sardines)
1 large shallot
1 small carrot
1 teaspoon of mustard
80 g of cheese spread (1/3 cup)
Zest of 1 lemon
1 pinch of sea salt
Pepper
1 handful of chives
