This overtime game had everything but a winner. It was Bob Young's first Labour Day as Ticat owner, the wind was beyond treacherous to military pre-game skydivers, the Argos John Avery and Ticats' Troy Davis (franchise record 233 yards) ran wild, an early brawl sent three players to the shower, and a pass interference call against the Ticats allowing the Argos to score the tying touchdown in overtime — but only on the third try.
