Here’s the beginning of my candied cracked strawberries 🍓 You can put either 2 or 3 cups of sugar…I choose 2 cups of sugar since I’m just dipping strawberries in the pot. Candy apples…is when you need 3 cups of sugar added in the pot. 1 cup of water. 1/2 cup of Karo Light corn syrup. 1 tsp of Wilton white icing. I added the bubblegum flavor when my temperature was close to 300 degrees.
