I had taken all the down trim out of the elevator from the maiden where near the end I had to put a lot of down because of the empty fuel tank and having lost nearly a pound of stick on weights put on temporarily that had fallen off during the near 17 minute maiden. It almost cost me on this flight having taken all the down elevator back out thinking I would just re-trim it this flight since I knew the aileron and rudder trim were good already.
