Trans Naning Ultra NS Challenger 2023
为什么我一直称这活动为“复仇之战”呢？因为去年2022年8月6日，这活动要开始时，我身体不适，未能开赛，所以我心有不甘；等到大会开放2024年的名额时，我就马上报名。要报仇嘛…所以我参加2圈的组别；一圈是2022年，一圈是2023年😄

今年与往年有点不一样，从淡边出发，经油粕路再进入“南宁纵走”路径；听起来好像比较容易，但实际是一样难。两圈路程共68公里，必需在28小时内完成。28小时听起来好像很足够，对没有睡觉的我来说是刚刚好。

“南宁纵走越野跑”需要很强的毅力和胆量，在黑漆漆的夜晚，如果意志薄弱就很难完成。在这里要感谢主办单位，在路径中有明确的路标，检查站有励志的人员，还有充足的食物及饮料，当然也要感谢支持和鼓励我的好友，Bill, Ames, CC Wong, Jensean Loo, Master Teoh Chin Teck, Harvey, Penny还有很多很多。谢谢大家！

Why do I keep calling this event an "Battle of Revenge"? Because on August 6, 2022 last year, I feel unwell when the event was about to start, I could not start the competition, so I was unwilling! when the event conference reopened for year 2024, I register immediately. Want to get revenge...so I participated in 2 laps; one lap is for year 2022, and another lap is for 2023😄

This year the route is different from previous years. It starting from Tampin water park, going through the tar road and then entering the "Trans Nanning Trail" path; it sounds easier, but it is actually as difficult. The two laps are 68 kilometers in total and must be completed within 28 hours. 28 hours sounds like a lot, but just right for me without sleeping

"Nanning Ultra Trail" requires strong perseverance and courage. In the dark night, if the will is weak, it will be difficult to complete. Here I would like to thank the organizers, there are clear signposts on the path, there are inspirational personnel at the checkpoints, and there are sufficient food and drinks. Of course, I also want to thank my friends who support and encourage me; Bill, Ames, CC Wong, Jensean Loo , Master Teoh Chin Teck, Harvey, Penny and many, many more. Thank you all!

Remember to proper park your car so that it does not obstruct traffic, and bring your garbage dispose at home. It is our responsibility to keep the forest clean.
