This is a 10-mile drive from my neighborhood to a shopping area/strip mall with a Ross store. The trip to the strip mall parking area entrance is close to perfect but what happens at the destination? The store that's the destination is at about the midpoint of the shopping center. It's a busy lot with lots of foot and vehicle traffic. No one died, and there was no near-miss accident or collision, but some traffic rules were broken, and some behavior was hard to explain. More than anything else, this probably shows why a really useful Smart Summon feature isn't ready for prime time, as it will take more training data or programming to get a car to navigate well in the busy multi-target environment of a shipping center. Interesting to watch, though, to guess what the car is "thinking". The first 8 minutes are quite routine, so if you want to skip ahead to the challenging part, look for about 8 minutes into the video.
