You may have seen videos of people converting their dell optiplexs into gaming PCs by adding graphics cards and other components but in this video I convert a dell optiplex into a gaming PC while also using mineral oil. The great thing about this is the temperatures are very very low when under load so overclocking can be done if wanted.
