In this talk I cover my career from film, to sport, to extremes and to space and give some pointers along the way. The talk is designed to shine a light on medicine 'off the beaten path', and shows doctors, nurses and other healthcare works that there's more to medicine than just the wards.

We talk about movies like Harry Potter, Egyptology, Olympic Torch bearing, Wallball or Handball for Team GB, the NHS, Altitude & Mountain Medicine, Diving Medicine, Prehospital Medicine, Wilderness Medicine and, of course, Space Medicine.

After the lecture there's an awesome Q&A from the remarkable Dr Shawna Pandya, fellow Space Medic.
