An excerpt from Women's Project work by Phyllis Gutelius, former Martha Graham Dance Company leading dancer, for students in their second year of study at the Arnhem Dance Academy in the Netherlands.
Movement themes were first improvised by the students based on vocabulary from the Cassandra Lament in Martha Grahams' "Clytemnestra," originally choreographed by Martha Graham on Linda Hodes and later danced by Gutelius.
