Step your left leg to the outside of your opponent's right leg so that you are blocking his thigh. As you step , your hips should be lower than his (otherwise he can hip toss you). It is best if you can lock your hands, but if you can't, the throw can be done with the over-underhook. From this position, just fall down on your left shoulder , and then turn on top of him.
