△生姜麹………………………大さじ1
△醤油麹………………………大さじ1
Grilled pork with ginger (1 serving)

△Water………………………2 tablespoons
△Ginger koji…………………1 tablespoon
△Soy sauce koji……………1 tablespoon
① Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and fry in a frying pan.
