豚の生姜焼き(1人前)
△豚肉…………………………150g
△水……………………………大さじ2
△生姜麹………………………大さじ1
△醤油麹………………………大さじ1


Grilled pork with ginger (1 serving)
△Pork…………………………150g
△Water………………………2 tablespoons
△Ginger koji…………………1 tablespoon
△Soy sauce koji……………1 tablespoon


① Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and fry in a frying pan.
② Lower the heat to low and add water, ginger koji, and soy sauce koji.
③ Boil it down, being careful not to burn it, and it's done.
